How our process works

Start with a no-obligation consultation and take four easy steps to financial freedom.

Discovery Consultation (45–60 minutes)
Before you become a client, we’ll meet to see if working together makes sense. I’ll get to know what prompted you to reach out, what you’re hoping to accomplish, and what concerns or priorities are top of mind.
During this no‑obligation meeting, we will:
  • Discuss what’s driving your decision to seek advice
  • Review your current challenges and priorities
  • Explain my approach and answer questions about Long Planning
  • Decide together whether it makes sense to move forward
Onboarding Meeting (60 minutes)
If we decide we’re a good fit, we’ll complete the advisory agreement, handle paperwork and account transfers, and begin the planning process. This meeting also gives us time to go deeper into your goals and values.
Strategy & Planning
After onboarding, I gather key documents and begin building a customized retirement and tax strategy designed around your priorities.
Your plan will include:
  • Exact time you can retire and how much you can expect to live on
  • A strategy to turn your nest egg into a reliable retirement paycheck
  • A tax plan to reduce taxes and keep more of your resources
  • A custom investment portfolio aligned with your risk tolerance
  • An estate plan to ensure your heirs have support if something happens to you
  • Clear next steps to give you confidence and peace of mind
Plan Delivery (1–2 hours)
Once the plan is complete, we walk through every detail and action step. You’ll leave with clarity and confidence about the path ahead.

Retirement and tax planning require ongoing coordination and updates. We meet throughout the year to keep your plan optimized and aligned with your goals.
